Powers are the whole thing such as 10^11 in such cases the power is base + exponent it makes the whole power. The power as said consist of two parts base number and the Exponent so a power implies the product of a continuous multiplication in a same sequence or small Base number.
Exponent is a superscript or it is above the Base and is one part of power it represent the number of times the Base has been multiplied by the same number. In terms of Exponent it means the quantity describing a power or giving it a significance to which a Base number has been raised to a particular point.
