Answer:

HEY ,MATE

HERE'S UR ANSWER

Principal axis:- It is a straight line joining the central point P (called pole) and geometrical centre to hollow sphere of which mirror is a part (called centre of curvature )

Centre of curvature:- The centre of curvature of a spherical mirror is the centre of the hollow sphere of glass of which the mirror is a part

Focus of cancave mirror:- It is a point F on the principal axis where a beam of light , coming parallel to the principal axis meet after reflection.

Focus of convex mirror:- A number of rays parallel to principal axis when reflected appear to meet at a point on principal axis the point is known as principal focus of convex mirror.

Focal length :- Distance between pole P and focus F is called focal length.

★ PRINCIPAL AXIS ★

THE STRAIGHT LINE THAT GOES TO THE CENTRE OF THE SPHERICAL MIRROR AT RIGHT ANGLE TO THE MIRROR IS CALLED PRINCIPAL AXIS

★ FOCAL LENGTH ★

IT IS THE DISTANCE ON PRINCIPAL AXIS FROM PRINCIPAL FOCUS TO THE POLES OF SPHERICAL MIRROR

★ PRINCIPAL FOCUS ★

IT IS A POINT ON PRINCIPAL AXIS WHERE ALL REFLECTED RAYS ARE EITHER CONVERGE OR DIVERGE

★ CENTER OF CURVATURE ★

IT IS THE CENTRE OF THE SPHERE WHICH MIRROR IS A PART

★ RADIUS OF CURVATURE ★

IT IS A DISTANCE ON PRINCIPAL AXIS FROM CENTRE OF CURVATURE TO THE POLES OF SPHERICAL MIRROR
