Definition: Speed of a body is the distance travelled by the body in one second

Is speed means fast?

Is yes, how? Because in this definition of Galileo Galilei he doesn’t mention that the speed refers to a fast or slow.

I need the perfect answer for this! Pls

no speed means not a fast or slow we use speed in the sense of ability and the distance traveled by a body or object .

It means how fast or slow an object is moving .

If the speed is fast then we will say that the object is moving faster and if the object is moving slow then we will say that the object is moving in a slow speed.
