nutrients : substance that provides nourishment essential for the maintenance of life and for growth

proteins :  a nutrient found in food (as meat, milk, eggs, and beans) that is made up of many amino acids joined together, is a necessary part of the diet, and is essential for normal cell structure and function.

cellular respiration : it is a set of metabolic reactions and processes that take place in the cells of organisms to convert biochemical energy from nutrients into adenosine triphosphate (ATP), and then release waste products.

aeronic respiration :  it is the process of producing cellular energy involving oxygen. Cells break down food in the mitochondria in a long, multistep process that produces roughly 36 ATP. The first step in is glycolysis, the second is the citric acid cycle and the third is the electron transport system.

glycolysis : the breakdown of glucose by enzymes, releasing energy and pyruvic acid.

hope it helped u ..
