Dear friend,

As forests get cut down by deforestation, it causes soil erosion. The trees and plants in the forests help the soil from eroding by using the roots to hold the soil together. All the plants have the same thing, so they help the soil are holding it together with their roots. If all the trees are cut down then there will be no one to hold the soil to prevent it from eroding. As a result, this causes soil erosion by deforestation.

Hope it helps !!!
