we should plant more and more trees which would prevent soil erosion and will retain its fertility. wind blows and with floods and heavy rain fall ☔ leads to soil degradation and we should take some measures to conserve it

Soil conservation is the preventing of soil loss from erosion or reduced fertility caused by over usage, acidification, salinization or other chemical soil contamination.

Some ways to protect soil are

Contour ploughing

Terrace Farming

Keyline design

Soil-conservation farming

Salinity management

SOLI DEGRADATION IS a regressive evolution processes associated with the loss of equilibrium or fertality of a stable soil. It is primarily due to soil erosion and corresponds to a phenomenon where succession reverts the land to its natural physical state.
