Delhi has higher annual temperature than mumbai

Mumbai is a coastal city. So its climate is influenced by ocean currents. Whereas Delhi is located far away from the ocean in the interior of the continent. So there are no ocean currents influencing its climate. Thus it experiences extremes of climate which Mumbai doesnt because its climate is moderated by ocean currents.
