Hardware is any physical devices use in or with your machine, hardware is the physical part or components of a computer. example-: Keyboard, RAM etc.

Software is a collection of code installed onto your computer's hard drive. Software is a set of instructions for a computer to perform specific operations.
for example-: Internet Browser, Operating System etc.

Liveware is a term to describe human system opposed to hardware and software in a computer. Software is Creative, officially known as Live!Ware. For example-: Sound Blaster, Sound Blaster Live and Sound Card.
