The slogan of 'Dilli Chalo' or 'March to Delhi' was given by Subhash Chandra Bose.

He used to address his army, i.e., Indian National Army by giving this slogan in order to motivate them and keep them motivated in the fight they were fighting against the British.

Subhash Chandra Bose was the leader of Indian National Army formed by him against the British. Although earlier in life Subhash Chandra Bose was close to Mahatma Gandhi but later on he seperated his way from Mahatma. He learnt that his ideologies were different from that of Gandhi and that they cannot work together for earning the Freedom of our country.
