Ten Tips for Presentation Confidence andReducing Nervousness “There are two types of speakers. Those who get nervous and those who are liars.” -Mark Twain Did you know that according to the Wall Street Journal, public speaking is the number one fear in America? The fear of death is ranked number two! That’s right - we seem more afraid of public speaking than we are of physical demise, heights, jumping out of a plane, or dreaded in-laws. If you think about it, fear of public speaking is also a fear of death - an emotional death. We feel naked and exposed in front of an audience. We think people are going to scrutinize everything we say and do. We pressure ourselves to be perfect, or else our self-worth suffers. We dread confronting the possibility of rejection. Now for the good news, most of us can reduce our anxiety of public speaking and increase our confidence by avoiding a few poor habits, while incorporating some helpful tips. Good morning everyone.
Stress is one of the barriers which distract people from their own real and happy life. It is one of the problems faced by most peoples. Stress comes only when there is discontent or disagreement with life. Stress is not an outside wound which will get healed, it is an inside monster which grows in mind.
Stress can be handled in many ways. Some of them are :
If you are in a noisy place, move into a slient space.
Sit or lie down with comfort in body, or if you find one then talk with somebody,
in calm and softness, so that the person next to you can understand your stressfulness.
Take some healthy food or do some excercise,
so that you can find yourself fit and fine to rise.
Do the things which you feel like good,
and soon you'll find yourself in an active mood.
These were some ways to reduce stress,
so that you can find youself in activeness.
Thank you everyone ツ
