Assertive nationalists were the group of people whose immediate objective was to attain Complete independence or Swaraj against the British rule.

The only demand of the Assertives was to obtain Complete Independence from the British rule.

  • They believed in using modern weapons.
  • They believed that the British rule was responsible for the poor economy.
