1) Leaders keep on changing due to elections conducted in every 5 years, which results in instability.
2) all party actually do work , because of the political competition. There is no role of morality.
3) So many peoples are involved in democracy,so as to take a decision (whether big or small), which leads to delay.
4) democracy leads to corruption, internally.
5) ordinary citizen doesn't know who can be the best leader, and elect wrong leader, results in bad decisions (because leader isn't good and he also take bad decisions).
