there is no guarantee that mistakes can not be made in a democracy. no form of government can guarantee that.but the advantage of democracy is that such mistakes can not be hidden for a long time.there is a space for public discussions on these mistakes and also there is a room for correction.eiter the rulers have to change their decision or they can be changed.while this is not so in a non Democratic govt.
