2. Write a short note on voters and government. (2 marks)
A voter is one of the most important part of a democracy,
India has Universal Adult Suffrage. As per this, a person of age 18 or above holds the right to voto.
A voter who is neither a bankrupt nor mentally unstable holds the voting right without any discrimination.
Thus, the constitut equal right to vote irrespective of a
person's caste, creod, education, religion, economic status and other important parameters.
