1. Democracy examination never gets over because after a governement is formed , people starts to expect hings from it and as they complete or satisfy their expectation , citizen's expectation grows more , Always wanting for more.
This is why , at every step the govt. has to prove itself and pass the test.
2. If their problems or expectations are not solved then they start complaining , and the fact that they are complaining shows that they have been participating in the elections , they have become more aware and have developed their ability to understand as well as expect things.
3. A public expression of dissatisfaction with democracy shows the success of the democratic project .
