Yes, it is true statement that democracy improves quality of decisions. As more and more are consulted they give thier own point of view and find mistakes. These mistakes will be removed and best decision will come out.

1.) Democracy is based on consultation and discussion .

2.) A democratic decision always involve many person , discussion and meetings .

3.) When a number of people put their hands together , they are able to point out possible mistakes in any decision .

4.) As most of the decisions are taken by discussions , it reduces the chances of rash or irresponsible decisions .

5.) If the decision taken is not according to to the wishes of the people , they can change the government or have the right to protest again that particular decision .
