It is not an Ideal form of government beacuse there are many challenges faced by democracy those are:
Foundational challenge: These challenges are faced by those countries where there is no democracy and there is need to make transaction to democracy.for eg.noth Korea ,China
Change of expansion:This challenge is faced by most of the established democracy .In it principles of democratic government are not applied in different regions, social group and various institutions
Deepening of democracy is also a challenge in which the established democracies do not involve in strengthening the institution and practice of democracy is also a question .In it institutions are not kept free to work independently.
