Accountable-:people get the freedom that whether they are satisfied with their ruler or not. If they are not then they can change the ruler
Responsive - :a person is having the right to check whether the work has taken through correct procedures or not
Legitimate - :India is a democratic country and in democracy ot takes time for a decision. It is very untidy and late work but the work satisfies the needs of the people
