This statement means that DEMOCRACY is the best form of government in which we get the chance to correct our mistakes. Example- if we elected a leader but he/she is not performing their duties properly then we can elect someone else in their place who is better then him/her. Every citizen in a democratic country have their own self respect and dignity.
