democracy is considered better than any other form of government because democracy is the government for the people and by the people. in democracy elections are held after every 5 years to offer people the government of their choice . in a democracy people and opposition parties are free to act before and after the elections. people are given many rights -

1- right to freedom - this right state that all people are free to act according to their choice .a person is given right of giving speech and to criticise the government for their bad working.

2-right to equality - according to this law are person whether rich or poor black or white are equal before law . any discrimination can not be made on the basis of cast , creed,sex,colour,etc.

3-right against exploitation- this right ensures that nobody can be exploit under any conditions. this law bans child labour and forced worker.

4- right to education - this right states that every person have right to education every body whether man or women have right to get education.

5-right to freedom of religion - this law conveys that all religion are equal . nobody can cruise other religion.

6-right to constitutional remedies - this law secures our other rights . if this law not been their their will be no meaning of other rights provided by constitution.
