Mexico is not a democratic country because their from 1930 to 2003 only PRI party rule. The PRI party used many dirty tricks to win the election.
a. Government employees were forced to attend the party meeting of PRI.
b. Teacher of government used to force parents to vote for the PRI.
c. Media ignore the activities of opposition political parties except to criticise them.
d. Sometime the polling booths were shifted from one place to another in the last time of voting.
e. Being in power the PRI spend a large money in the election. So, Mexico is not a democratic country
