When you listen to the word democracy, what comes into your mind? Free and fair elections, equality, no majority or minority problems etc. But when you look at it from the practice point of view, it is not a very good sight.
1). Even though we have a huge full fledged judiciary system, the decision making process it very slow. Justice is not given to everyone who deserves it.
2). Democracy is all about equal rights to all communities, but till today..it is not fully guaranteed.
3). What claims to be free and fair elections, isn't actually satisfied. Manipulation with EVM's, bribing the poor for votes and the crime rate is just not right.

because of the following factors
. the decision making process is time taking whereby justice delayed is justice denied
. govt is not completely free from corruption
. though elections are free and fair but not everyone is able to contested election due to the heavy expenses of elections cannot be met by poor stratas of society
. there are vast economic disparities
