The above given statement is true as the decision making process in democracy is delayed. Democracy may seem to be have good influence but partially cannot fulfil basic individual needs. Democracy may lead the people to think and act like a criminal which may lead to corruption increasement as people's needs are ignored. Democracy may also lead to fight due to corresponding opinion on elections.

Hence the democracy may have good principle but the practice may not be good.
