No,it not incapable for the government because in democracy you have many rights.And we give vote to our representative and form government.

And from here the main

game starts.The government in majority starts plundering people after then when next election held people choose another representative who

do same as first had done.And this the benefit of

democracy for them actually I think in democracy

we are the powers but it isn't true.They are the real power,they make strike by people just giving the plunder money of public..........

That all happen it is wrong to say that democracy is incapabale for the government
