no i dont agree with this because democracy is a good form of government but we cannot ensure that every problems can be solved..

also there are some negative points for democracy

*rulers do not know the right thought of the people which lets him take bad decisions not favouring the people.

*also making a law delays as many people have to be consulted.

therefore democracy may not be the magical solution to solve every human problems but it may be better than a monarchial system.

Democracy cannot be the solution to every problem. Democracy is a social request concurred by people living in a specific region and system that expresses the state.  Democracy evolves though trial and error and it is not a medicine that can eradicate all human problems and hence cannot be considered a magical to everything.  Problems like corruption, criminals being elected to key positions etc are some of the problems that occur in a democracy. In fact, powerful people often misuse their power in a democracy and the very purpose of a democracy is defeated.
