This happens mainly in the way that the "Constitution of India" consists of various laws that protect the interest and well being of the minority community. Minorities are given various opportunities to develop themselves. They are given reserved seats in various schools and colleges, reserved representation in the Parliament, revered opportunities in various job and employment sectors.
