Are you aware about dirty tricks e.g. giving money to them, giving beer at the time of election played by the politicians to favour the poor people.
due to improper/unsufficent eduction they don't known about their welfare.
3) they don't have enough resources to fight in elections.
4) lack thinking power e.g. they thought that casting a vote do nothing about their condition.

Democracy is a type of system in which people have the power to elect their representatives.
- Democracy is the rule of the majority and in our country poor is the majority, so democracy must be the rule of the poor.
- This can not be the case as the poor do not know well their rights.
- During election time, leaders of the political parties give them some monetary benefits so that they cast votes for them and make fake promises.
- After they come into power they do not fulfill the promises they made.
- Poor when are made aware of their rights by the others but they do not want to get in this and want only basic necessities to be fulfilled.
