Answer:
Democracy which is commonly described as the governance for the people and by the people is a system which depicted human progress through excision of equality. The matter of democracy is merely an expression of quantity rather than quality nowadays. This is so because even in times of democratic governance, true votes do not come out as a result. Instead, violence is seen where elites and masses force people into doing what dictators used to do in the open. The only difference is now manipulation is involved in increasing vote banks. So its quantity, because leaders require votes in numbers for themselves.
