it is right that democracy is the best form of govt because of following reasons :

- provide rights to citizen

- as decisions in a democracy is taken by the debates and discussion in parliament , so it enhance the quality of decision making

-it also provide rights to the backward class like : STs, OBCs , SCs

- if the govt takes wrong decision ,we can correct it
