1.  National Government : It makes and implements laws and regulations all over the country.

2.  Provincial Government : It makes and implements laws and regulations at provincial level.

3.  Local Government : It attends to the needs of the local community. 4.  Traditional Authorities : They ensure to maintain the original values and culture of people.

5.  Political Parties : Political parties are formed which fight the election and form the government and are thus peioples' representatives.
