A multilevel list is a list used in Word document which has more than one level. It helps in creating an outline with multiple levels.
Any numbered list or bulleted list can be converted into a multilevel list by placing an insertion point at the beginning of the line and pressing ‘Tab’ key to change the level of that line. Then, the Multilevel List command can be used for choosing the numbers or bullets.
