Hello,

we have that:
 \frac{100-100}{100-100} ;
= \frac{10 ^{2}-10^{2} }{10 ^{2}-10\cdot 10 } ;
= \frac{(10+10)(10-10)}{10(10-10)} ;
= \frac{10+10}{10} ;
 =\frac{20}{10} ;
=2

we have demonstrate that:
 \frac{100-100}{100-100}=2
