Democracy is the most popular form of government and it is true. As Abraham Lincoln said The government of the people, by the people and from the people, it perfectly suits on democracy as the government is elected by people, works for people and people have rights to change if they are not working properly.
Coming to India, India is the largest Democratic country in the world. Even though China has the largest population but since Communist party is the only party there, it is considered as Non - Democratic. Hence, India became the largest Democratic country in the world.
India is largest Democratic so does that mean democracy in India is the strongest? No it isn't. Today democracy is in danger because party in opposition is no longer in power. In India, people are bribed to give votes to a particular party and hence, completely removing the meaning of democracy. EVM machines which may be called as 'Non - hacked' but Electronic machines can be hacked by any ethical hacker. Due to this, the correct party that gets majority can lose and the minor party can win thus affecting the whole result of election. Sometimes MLAs are also bribed to join another party and hence, the party that got majority can lose which means insult of People's choice.
