Let the numerator be x

the denominator be X-4

Fraction = X/X-4

= X+11/X-4-1=7/3

= X+11/X-5 =7/3

=3(X+11) = 7(X-5)

= 3X+33 = 7X-35

=33+35 = 7X-3x

= 68. = 4X

= 68/4. = X

=17. =X

Fraction= 17/17-11

=17/4 Answer
