The mass of 20 mL of this solution is ( 20 * 1.15 ) g or 23 g, if it gives a residue of 4.6 g of the salt then obviously it contains the 4.6 g salt
Hence,
Mass % of solute is ( 4.6 g / 23 g ) * 100 or 20 %
