dependence on technology is making humanity less intelligent outlines

I think it's both. Humans are intelligent so they are more developing... But due to this developing human is not fully but somehow started to depend to Technology...For example first when there were telephones we use to keep the mobile numbers in our mind..but now due to smartphones we aren't keeping , it's totally on technology..

At conclusion, Due to Human Intelligence we developed technology and because of technology we are just loosing our intellectual power or intellegency.....
