Explanation:

Over the years and even now technology is making us lazy. Practically every aspect of our life has been surrounded by the use of technology and its advancements. Nowadays, food has become easier to prepare. There’s no need of standing in the kitchen all day anymore. With the convenience of a microwave, it has made our life a little easier. In fact, you can microwave a frozen dinner in just thirty-minutes. Many people have been exposed to the less stressful and convenient way of preparing meals. For these reasons it has resulted and leads us to be lazy and obesity. Meanwhile, fast food restaurants are one of the most common uses that most people depend on. According to Christopher Gussa, “It is the nation’s number one causes for obesity.

Note that while preparing to fry the chicken you have to season it, batter it in flower and wait at least 5-8 minutes for the grease to warm up. Not including any side vegetables, to go along with the chicken. So basically you have spent more time fixing the chicken, when you could have a full coarse meal done in just thirty- minutes. Making dinner went from deliberate and time-consuming process to push-button self gratification and expanding waistlines.

In today’s society many people are on the go like never before, with their busy lifestyles they are just too lazy to fix healthy nutritionist meals. So instead they frequently go to fast food restaurants, which cause weight gain, increased and risk of developing insulin resistance and type two diabetes. This also has a high risk of leading to heart disease and so many other related diseases. I know for a fact that fast foods aren’t good for the human body and don’t provide much energy for the body either. It also has high- fat content and leads to obesity. Obesity is when the body has more fat then it needs. This can often give off more bad effects because your body will be heavier to carry around causing you to be lazy and is not good for the body health. Fast food restaurants are probably the reason why people are obese; people go to fast food restaurants just like it is their house because they go there so often.

Explanation:

  • Sir: Science has reached its peak and getting more sophisticated and advanced day by day.
  • Science has made people’s life more comfortable and easier as they are living their lives with luxuries and now they do not want to work at all.
  • Obviously machines are making us lazier with the passage of time, and people usually depend on these machines rather than using their mental and physical efforts for performing a task.

  • A few years back, people used to climb stairs to reach the required floor but now they prefer lifts and escalators.
  • Even the new generation prefers playing games on computers, smart phones and play stations, they do not play games which involve physical efforts like cricket, football etc. Sitting in front of computers or using play stations for a long time also affects our health and reduces physical activities.
  • Watching TV for hours makes us physically dull and prevents us for doing tasks which involve physical efforts.
  • This causes eyesight problems, weight gain, mental stress etc.
  • Nowadays almost every task is performed with the help of machines.
  • Even preparing food is no big deal today. This makes women lazy.
  • Excessive use of anything is bad.
  • Same is with the machines, using them to a certain limit if acceptable but doing every task with the help of machine is not good.

  • By now we should realise that machines are making us lazy. We should not completely ignore our physical and mental strength but we should use them in order to keep ourselves active and fit.

  • We cannot deny the fact that machines save our time and energy but on the contrary they are making us inactive.
  • We should try to do all those works by our hands which can keep our body active and in this way we can protect ourselves from any physical disorder or disease.
  • Machines are helpful in many ways but it depends on us how we use them.
