Much of the derivation is taken fromDeriving combined gas law from Boyle's and Charles' laws . Consider an ideal gas with initial parameters (P1,T1,V1). Keeping temperature constant,by varying pressure and volume let's bring the gas to a second state with parameters (P2,T1,V).
