From planks theory of radiation:—

E=hf (Here f is frequency)

This can also be written as:—

E=h×c÷lambda _____(1) .(As f=v/lambda)

Also from Einstein energy mass relation:—

E=m×c2_______(2).

Now equating equation (1) and (2) we get:—

h×c÷lambda=m×c2

h÷lambda=m×c

Lambda=h÷mc. (Dr Broglie equation)
