We know that :-

Work(W)= Force (F)×Displacement(s)

W = Fs

We know that :-

v²-u² = 2as

v²-u²/2a = s

W = ma × v²-u²/2a

When u= 0

W = 1/2mv²

Work = Energy consumed

Kinetic energy = 1/2mv²
