Answer:
sin²+cos²=1
1+tan²=sec²
1+cot²cosec²
Step-by-step explanation:
AB²+BC²=AC² (Phythagorus Theorem)
(AB²+BC²)/AC²=1
(AB/AC)² + (BC/AC)² =1
Thus
(sinx)² + (cosx)² =1
Dividing both sides by (cosx)²
(sinx/cosx)² + (cos x/cosx)² = (1/cosx)²
(tanx)² + 1 = (secx)²
Similarly dividing by (sinx)² ,you get the third equation.
