differentiate w.r.t x

dy/dx=d/dx cosec(4x+3)

cosec[f(x)]= -cosec[f(x)]cot[f(x)]*d/dx f(x)

dy/dx=. -cosec(4x+3)cot(4x+3). d/dx(4x+3).. (derivative of x=1)

= -cosec(4x+3)cot(4x+3)(4*1+3)
