and time per is time taken to compelete on beat

now lets take an example here

a beat takes 2 secs to compelete, its time per is 2sec

means 1 beat took 2 secs( remember 2 sec is time per)

so, in 1 sec no. of beats will be 1/2 =0.5

so from here freq is equal to 1/time per (2) is derived
