Derivation of expression of current using Ohm Law;

Ohm’s law states that ‘The current passing through a conductor is directly correlated to the potential difference V diagonally its ends if the temperature and physical surroundings of the conductor remain the same’.

If “I” is the current passing through a conductor and V is the potential difference (or voltage) applied its ends, then rendering to Ohm's law:

 

Current is directly related to resistance

V/I= constant=R

I=VR
