Derive an expression of work done by torque. is radius of gyration a constant quantity?

Torque is defined as moment force which is the tendency of a body to move object around an axis. Work done by a torque can be expressed as: 
 W=F∅r
 W=T∅
where
w=work in joules
∅=angle
r=radius
T=torque.
No radius of gyration is not a constant quantity.
