Answer:

suppose a object A has mass m1 and its initial velocity is u1 .Therefore its momentum will be m1u1 . Let another object B has a mass m2 and its initial velocity is u2 .Therefore its momentum will be m2u2 . Suppose the 2 objects collide and the force on object A due to object B be F2 Therefore it will accelerate and the final velocity of object A will be v1 and of object B be v2 . As F2 =-F1 therefore ma =-ma as F=ma . therefore m2(v2-u2)/t=m1(v1-u1)/t

m1v1 + m2u2 = m1v1+ m2u2

Hence proved without using calculus
