- s = ut + ½ at²
Prove :
➨ s = ut + ½ at²
Where,
- s = Distance
- u = Initial velocity
- a = Acceleration
- t = Time
➨ s = Area of trapezium
➨ s = Area of rectangle + Area of triangle
➨ s = Length × Breadth + ½ × Base × Height
➨ s = OC × OD + ½ × BD × AD
➨ s = t × u + ½ × t × at
➨ s = ut + ½ at²
∴Hence, Proved.
