Examples are anywhere where there is a “push” on a mass:

a bullet in the barrel of a gun (more powder, or force, a faster bullet at exit, a more massive bullet, a slower bullet at exit……..because of less acceleration)a projectile in a slingshot. (pull it back further, the projectile will accelerate more. Use a more massive projectile, it will accelerate less)people pushing a stalled vehicle. (several people pushing can accelerate a car to a higher velocity than only one person pushing a vehicle. Similarly, a car with less mass can be accelerated more rapidly by one person than a car with greater mass)
