Answer:

From the first equation of motion,

v=u+at

t=av−u...........(i)

For a uniformly accelerated motion, Average velocity=2v+u...........(ii)

Displacement=Average Velocity×Time

Substituting from (i) and (ii),

s=(2v+u)×(av−u)

∴v2=u2+2as
