a=v-u/t is the equation derived from the v=u+at of an object moving with uniform acceleration

acceleration=change in velocity/time{eq1}

(.:change in velocity = v-u){eq2}

substituting value from {eq2}to{eq1}

.:a=v-u/t

or a×t =v-u

or v-u=at

.: v=u+at

Proved.
